Hello, I’m Peter Crandall, and I’ve proudly called the Triangle area home for the past decade,

where I live with my wife and two children. In my downtime, you’ll often find me strolling

along the American Tobacco Trail listening to an audiobook, exploring local sights with my

wife, building Lego creations with my son, and cheering on my daughter at her hockey games.

I am originally from Minnesota, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and competed in

track and cross country at St. Cloud State University. Following graduation, I embarked on a

transformative path that included serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi, Africa, and

teaching English in China. These experiences broadened my perspective and instilled in me a

deep appreciation for different cultures and communities.

Upon returning to the States, I pursued an MBA from the University of Minnesota and enjoyed

an 11-year tenure in telecommunications, holding product management roles at TE Connectivity

and later CommScope. Though rewarding, my corporate career ultimately led me to seek a new

direction.

Having harbored a longtime interest in real estate, I recently decided to pivot to this dynamic

field. I chose to join Better Homes and Gardens Paracle due to their reputation for excellence and

values.
