James’ passion for real estate began while spending summer and winter college breaks working at a registry of deeds. This allowed him to gain extensive and valuable experience about the nuances involved in real estate transactions. Upon graduating, he worked in facilities management for public and privately funded facilities. 

In 2016, he began his career as a licensed real estate agent. James has worked with countless residential first-time home buyers, experienced purchasers, sellers, and investors from a wide variety of backgrounds. His success as an agent provided him with the opportunity to become a training manager where he mentored new agents as they navigated through their real estate journey. Having multi-state licenses and raising a family in Fort Mill has afforded him both the personal and professional experience to assist a multitude of clients.
